Harnessing Your Inner Power To Succeed In Any Home Business

One of the greatest forces to ever occur is the human mind, and you can apply that in business very simply. The cause for this is simply that the thoughts and resulting behavior you hold on a daily basis will have more of an effect on your business than the most costly course ever made. In terms of engaging in any offline or web based business, it is just a situation of learning what is involved with it.

When you imagine about it, we basically discover or buy information that teaches how to complete something like building a squeeze page or bringing in traffic to our various sites. Not any of those things are tough to learn or do, and the info is freely available for the person who needs to find it. Yet it is commonly recognized that not everybody succeeds in business, and that implies that there is something more to the situation.

For decades, much has been written with regards to the various subjects that relate to believing, behavior and achieving goals in life and business. It is straightforward really, and just think about it in terms of demand and the desire of so many people to figure out why it is a problem for them. There are many approaches to bettering one’s success attitude.

Some approaches and techniques will be more successful for different people, and there are plenty of reasons for that. But not a lot will change, overall, and there will continue to be those who attempt and quit. We do understand and admit that modifying the way one thinks is not an easy process, and possibly partly because of that a lot of people will never even consider it.

Just some cases of what we are talking about include the evergreen areas of human psychology such as self-belief, self esteem, capacity to believe and have faith and other similar and related areas. We all can intuitively observe and fully grasp why these areas are so essential. Yet so many people choose to ignore these personal qualities, if they have them. It really is one thing to have no awareness of these attributes and their consequence, but we are inclined to think a lot of people do and simply never address them.

What makes these particular qualities so damaging is that often times they cause people to take part in self sabotage. It is much less complicated for the mind to act out sabotaging initiatives than it is to deal with the issues and do the hard work to defeat them.

Naturally there can be a lot of hard work and effort involved with overcoming personal issues, but it is achievable. True accomplishment, for the person with personal challenges, will start by admitting the existence of these distinct issues. The courageous choice is to admit it, and then make a decision to do something about it.

Doing this kind of work with yourself will necessitate dedication, and naturally changes will take time. A suitable analogy can be found with building and expanding a business. Whether it’s traditional business like selling solar panels for your home or online business like supplying cell phone tracker software package, requires effective planning, implementation as well as execution in every single stages to achieve success.

In business, you have to tackle your goals and tasks in order of top priority and importance, and you understand it takes time to develop a business. In fact, you cannot absolutely transform yourself overnight, and you will be setting yourself up for frustration and setback if you attempt. Recognize what your obstacles are and never feel frightened of them or that you cannot overcome them. If anything, avoid fighting yourself over it, and maybe find a way to move forward regardless of the challenges.

How to be more Happy……

Do you think that is grass is greener on the other side and what you have is just a bunch of scrap strewn around your lawn? Is thinking so, wrong??

Well, I think so too, and I don’t find anything wrong in it. My life is messed up as of now. I have a thousand things going around in my head but don’t know what to do about them. I wish I could do this, I wish I could that, I wish I could own that Royal Enfield when it passes my way again, Ohh, I wish so much, I wish the grass could be greener on my side too!

So now that you have started thinking, what do you do about it? Do you just think and envy those on the other side of the fence.

Envy is the art of counting the other fellow’s blessings instead of your own. -Harold Coffin

Now when I say, I want to own the Royal Enfield that doesn’t mean I envy the guy riding it. Yes, I am jealous because I don’t own it yet but I am not jealous because he has it. He owns it, good for him (that shouldn’t make a difference to me), but I own it! (Now, that is what I should really care about) When you want to be successful you pray, let me succeed, but don’t pray, let others fail!

Jealousy is both reasonable and belongs to reasonable men, while envy is base and belongs to the base, for the one makes himself get good things by jealousy, while the other does not allow his neighbour to have them through envy. -Aristotle

Jealousy is good but don’t let that turn into envy. Draw inspiration from it, channelize your energies. It’s not about why is the grass greener on the other side, but how do you make the grass greener on your own side. It’s about how you turn your dreams into reality.

Thinking about others and wallowing in self-pity is not going to get you anywhere. Don’t like the barren piece of land you live on? Then go ahead and change it. Be it changing your present condition, changing your attitude, being happy with what you have or making the most of the things you got! It’s your Life, make it your own! If you wanta garden thenyou got to work for it baby.

Few suggestions to help you turn your grass greener, if you are clueless and just need help starting up.

 Assess Your Abilities.

There are things which you do and things you think you can do. Try out as many things as you want. You think you can cook, paint, sing, dance, write, but never tried it, go ahead give yourself a chance.

Be aware of yourself.

Don’t Envy Others.

You know you can dance really well, but can’t cook, but wish you could learn how to do it. Now that is no reason to envy others who can cook well. Go ahead, take help from those who can cook, why make an enemy when you can gain a friend!

Have an Aim, Work Hard For It.

You start of well, but when failure beckons, don’t give up, start again. If you want the grass greener, then you are supposed to water, feed and care for the saplings, only then will they give you the fruits you desire.

Understand What Makes YOU Happy.

There is no standard rule, as to, your grass is this green that means you are this percent successful, this percent happy or wealthy! It’s about what YOU want. Pursue your dreams. Making money is important, but that tiny little voice inside you which likes to do other things as well, don’t let that voice ever die.

As for me, I am no longer pitying myself, I write, I sketch, I go out, I smile more often, there is this sense of satisfaction which I am relishing and yes I am also working hard and saving up, to own the Royal Enfield…..

Consider each meal being an opportunity give your very good gut harmful bacteria!

Nourish your very good gut germs by adding fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi to your diet. Fermented foods have healthy, helpful bacteria (probiotics) that help always keep gut flora balanced and immunity higher. As the gut is home to approximately 70% of your immunity mechanism, one that is well nourished and healthy will be significantly less vulnerable to every single sniffle that sweeps from the office.

5. Dish Out Some Saturated Fat

Adding coconut oil for your diet is a great way to get a day-to-day dose of immunity-boosting lauric acid. So, how to input it to use? Try cooking with coconut gas, or combine it with your morning yoghurt or smoothie, lunchtime soup or cup of tea. Freaked out through the fat? Do not be. The entire body quickly converts coconut oil’s medium-chain essential fatty acids into completely ready-to-burn up energy.

6. Dump Sugar…Now!

Sugar is actually a double-whammy toxin that drastically decreases immune system function by killing your gut’s very good bacteria while it feeds the negative! The result? A gut that’s out of harmony, with the bad guys running amuck, and microbe defenses weaker and overwhelmed. You’re left with an immunity mechanism poorly equipped to fight off seasonal ills. Bottom line: Lay off the wonderful stuff to keep gut protection strong.

7. Junk All Processed Foods

One other reason to avoid processed foods: they weaken the immune system! Most processed foods are really nutrient-deficient and sugar-packed, they wind up above-providing the bad gut bacteria and starving excellent – and that’s the recipe for compromised defense.

Supplement for Immunity

Health supplements won’t undo the effects of your bad diet plan but they will maximize the advantages of a good one – so eat for best nutrition and consider adding a number of key nutritional supplements to your winter season immunity prepare:

Here are some guidelines on how to dietary supplement your degrees.

3. Funnel the Power of Herbal remedies

Antiviral natural herbs contain 1000s of medicinal ingredients that strike viruses. My favorite antivirals are andrographis, olive leaf draw out, grapefruit seed extract and elderberry draw out. Use one or several in combination like a prophylactic determine, particularly if you hang out in substantial-visitors areas including airports, office buildings, theaters, and so on. Another organic to have inside your immunity strategy: oil of oregano. It’s anti-microbial, contra –candica and anti-microbe and is incredible for enhancing the immune system. If you feel something coming on, add a fall in a window of water – it can work wonders!

4. Add this Nutrient

My favorite supplement to increase immunity is glutathione, the single most powerful anti-oxidant produced naturally in the body. But our body’s natural creation drops by roughly 10% per 10 years, so as we grow older, our need for supplementation raises. When purchasing, make sure you’re getting S-Acetyl Glutathione to ensure bioavailability – and reap greatest benefit.

5. Consider a Myer’s Cocktail

The liquid supplement and nutrient therapy drip, known as the Myer’s cocktail, is for many people, personally included, a strong winter-time must. Packed with micronutirents, as well as B and C vitamins (and frequently glutathione), Myer’s cocktail intravenous drips certainly are a wonderful immunity-enhancing tool for frequent travellers, parents of school-aged young children or anyone that is frequently exposed to large numbers of people – and computer viruses.

Staying well will go hand-in-hand with treating your entire body well, so in winter, give it a little extra TLC by participating in to the concepts of good wellness:

1. Sleep More

Throughout cold and flu season, being run-down compromises immunity, making it easier for opportunistic popular infections to adopt hold. A robust immune system is a that’s possessed enough time to recover and restoration itself whilst the rest of you snoozes – so do not cut corners. Take for 7 – 8 hours a night and when sleep’s elusive, never reach for a prescription. Alternatively, get a little healthy assistance from our Sleep at night Formula.

3. Relax

Remember to dial down anxiety, particularly in the course of flu period. Set aside a minimum of a few minutes each day. Meditation, inhaling and exhaling exercises & yoga, therapeutic massage, a few minutes within a sauna, as well as knitting are all great ways to discharge tension’s tight grip, boost immunity and enhance mental and physical resilience.

4. Get Filthy

Ditch anti-bacterial soaps and hand sanitizers, which consist of toxins that more than-dry and fracture the skin, developing perfect conditions for popular transmission. Alternatively, wash fingers with the timeless classics – boiling water and chemical-cost-free soap, or try a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to naturally sterilize hands.

5. Stay Moist

As in avoid dehydration. Hours invested baking the body in overheated homes and offices dries out out the nose, mouth and lips, all of these need dampness to help control viral intruders. Fight rear by water throughout the day; maintain pans of fresh water on top of radiators to incorporate moisture to the air; and hydrate sinus passages with a saline apply or neti pot therapies.

Keep these tips in mind, stick them into motion and stay nicely this winter season.

be happy, be healthy….☺☺

Golden Tip: How To Live In Harmony When Things Go Bad

When things seem to collapse around you or when nothing seems to change for the better, it’s a challenge to live in harmony and to feel harmony in your life. But luckily there is a way to instantly transform the chaos you’re experiencing into balance and inner peace.

How To Live In Harmony When Things Go Bad

Let’s face it, it isn’t particularly easy to keep going and to stay positive minded when things don’t seem to get any better in your life- or they do a bit, but you’ve not reached your desired goals yet. Especially when you’ve been working so hard for such a long time on every level to make things happen.

You’re taking every possible and conceivable step, you’re doing the inner and the outer work, and yet nothing seems to have physically appeared to show you you’re making progress (or have hit the big breakthrough you desire).

Talk about being challenged!

It’s easy to lose heart at times like these and to allow your mind to sink into negative thinking.

But there is one thing that will have you live in harmony again in an instant and that is to remember that everything is in love.

Spirit is all about love and Spirit talks only in the language of love. So when things don’t seem to go as you would like them to and you’re not happy with reality as it is, go back to love and you will instantly release the fight, the frustration, the anger and doubt that have been occupying your mind and energy.

And how exactly do you release the fight, go back to love and live in harmony again?

Allow the feelings – all feelings- that are coming up for you to be present. Resisting them or fighting them doesn’t make them go away. In fact, they will remain or get even stronger. Pretending certain feelings are not there isn’t going to fool the universe. The universe feels your energy.

And when you’re feeling stuck or this feels like a heavy burden to carry all by yourself: ask for spiritual guidance. Spirit is the key, the connection, to live in harmony and Spirit wants only what is right for you- and what’s right for you is love.

So acknowledge how you feel and then turn to love and ask: what does Spirit say?

You will find that Spirit will answer with love and show you the way again to live in harmony.

5 Quick Tips to Reduce Stress and Stop Anxiety

Like a monster from under the bed, stress and/or anxiety is stealing the peaceful nighttime Zzzzzs of billions of people. Anxiety may also be sabotaging your confidence, turning your stomach into knots, and impacting your general wellbeing.

1. Remember: This Too Shall Pass

Laundry is piling up, the baby has a fever, and your boss wanted that report yesterday. Sound familiar? No one managing his or her own life is devoid of stress and too much of it can lead to excessive worry, nervousness, dread, upset stomach, or difficulty breathing. The first step to overcoming such negative feelings is to recognize that you are experiencing a very common emotional state most commonly identified as anxiety (learn more signs of anxiety). Although it’s uncomfortable, the negative feelings WILL PASS. Fighting the anxiety can make it stronger. Paradoxically, accepting that you are feeling anxious helps activate the body’s natural relaxation response.

2. Learn How to Self-Soothe

Imagine walking down a nature path only to be greeted by a snarling grizzly bear — or worse, your boss demanding that report. When we are faced with an anxiety-inducing situation, our body’s sympathetic nervous system automatically triggers physiological changes. Our breathing quickens, adrenaline is secreted, and our heart begins to race. This natural survival mechanism — called the fight or flight response — is intended to help us to escape a true, life threatening emergency. However, when the threat is imagined (e.g., I’m going to bomb this presentation and everyone will know I’m a fraud), the fight/flight response is unnecessary and very uncomfortable.Self soothing techniques that reduce the stress response:

Diaphragmatic Breathing

One of the most effective ways to activate the relaxation response is by decreasing the heart rate. Since we can’t voluntarily alter our pulse, more tangible measures are needed. Luckily, a rapid heart rate can be lowered with deep breathing techniques. The most commonly utilized strategy is breathing by contracting the diaphragm, a horizontal muscle in the chest located just above the stomach cavity.

Positive Self-talk

If a small child told you he was nervous about going to school the next day, what would you say? Unless you’re an abusive lunatic, phrases like “you’re such a dumb little kid” or “you should be nervous because no one will like you” would never leave your mouth. This is because we intuitively know how to help others combat stress sometimes better than ourselves. To increase emotional comfort, it’s imperative to practice reassuring and realistic self-talk. When anxious, practice self-talk phrases such as:

“This feeling will pass.”

“I will get through this.”

“I am safe right now.”

“I am feeling anxious now, but I have the power make myself calm.”

“I can feel my heart rate slowing down.”

Muscle Relaxation

Stress causes our muscles to tighten and become tense. To increase a relaxed state and physical comfort, tighten and release muscles beginning with the largest muscle group.

3. Check Your Diet

What we eat and drink largely impacts our emotional state. Foods most associated with exacerbating anxiety are ones containing caffeine and alcohol. Even consumed in small amounts, studies have found that the stimulating effects of caffeine can cause anxiety, trigger panic attacks, and increase feelings of nervousness and irritability. Caffeine — commonly found in coffee, colas, tea, and chocolate — also causes physical symptoms such as trembling and shaking.

Abruptly eliminating caffeine from the diet can lead to withdrawal symptoms, such as headaches, restlessness, and irritability so it’s important to decrease caffeine consumption gradually. Similarly, although alcohol is often consumed to “take the edge off” it dehydrates the body and ultimately increases anxiety.

An imbalance of bacteria in the gut can also cause many symptoms associated with anxiety and other mood disorders. Researchers at McMaster University found evidence that the balance of bacteria in your gut may have more to do with your mood than any other contributing factor.

4. Get Moving

Most of us know that exercise is good for our physical health. Maintaining a regular (healthy, non-obsessive) exercise routine has been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, enhance self-esteem, and increase energy levels. During exercise, the body releases chemicals called endorphins which interact with receptors in the brain to causing euphoric feelings and reduction in physical pain.

5. Get More Sleep

Nearly everyone feels a little crabby after a rough night’s sleep. Disrupted sleep is common in many emotional disorders and it’s difficult to know which started first — stress or poor sleep. A study from the University of Pennsylvania showed that losing just a few hours of sleep increases feelings of stress, anger, sadness, and exhaustion.

20 Tips to Tame Your Stress

Stress hits us all in life, and while a little stress is good — it keeps us focused and motivated — too much of it and it can grind our lives to a complete halt. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed-out, you may become paralyzed and unable to do much of anything.

Just as bad are unhealthy coping methods to deal with stress. Turning to food, alcohol or drugs often just turns one set of problems into another that can balloon out of control. It’s better to avoid those unhealthy coping mechanisms from the start, and find good ways to keep your stress under control.

There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay.

1. Perform diaphragmatic or “deep breathing” exercises.

2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes.

3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly.

4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation.

5. Meditate. Use visualization or guided imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat.

6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga.

7. Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback.

8. Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you.

9. Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things.

10. Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery.

11. Keep an eye on things that might suggest you’re not coping well. For example, are you smoking or drinking more, or sleeping less?

12. Keep a list of the large and little hassles in your day versus the major stressful events in your life. This helps you focus on the fact that you’re keeping track of and managing those as well as you can.

13. Set aside a time every day to work on relaxation.

14. Avoid using caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, junk food, binge eating and other drugs as your primary means for coping with stress. While they can be helpful once in awhile, using them as your only or usual method will result in longer-term problems, such as weight problems or alcoholism.

15. Learn to just say, “No” occasionally. It won’t hurt other people’s feelings as much as you think and is simply a method to be more assertive in your own life, to better help you meet your own needs.

16. Get the right amount of sleep. For most people, this is seven to nine hours a night.

17. Cultivate a sense of humor; laugh.

18. Research has shown that having a close, confiding relationship protects you from many stresses.

19. Don’t run from your problems! This only makes them worse.

20. Talk to your family and friends. See if they can help.

If these tips don’t help, or you’ve tried a lot of them with little luck in better taming the stress in your life, it may be time to consider taking it up a notch. A mental health professional — such as a psychologist — can help teach you more effective methods for handling stress in a healthy way in your life. Such psychotherapy is short-term and time-limited, with a focus on helping you better deal with stress.

Remember — we do have control over the stress and choices we make in our lives. It sometimes takes a little practice and effort to put some of these techniques into play in your life. But once you do so, you may be pleasantly surprised at the positive benefits you’ll receive.
