How To Live Your Life With Passion

For most of us it is a far goal to live our life with passion. Did you learn in school to find your purpose in life? According to researchers, less then 25 percent of the world population knows what thier true passion is. No wonder so many are not happy in their jobs and  relationships and have no idea of how to get out of the rut and move on. If we have no idea where we want to go, it is not fun to even step out of the door.

I bet you do, even if you would rather say that you just want to be happy or rich.  Anyway, to get there you will still need to know what it is you really want to do. Often that is a frightening question. Why? Because it so general that it is not even fair to ask.

Here’s help to live your life with passion

It will take some time and effort, but when you start looking at your life until now, you will certainly find the bright spots, however tiny these may look at first glance. As the saying goes “when it is dark, the stars shine brightest”. Find the highlights of your life, the moments you felt strong and happy. Gathering these will lead you to what motivates you.If you find what motivates you, you’re on your way to live your life with passion.

In the next section we will share a few tips that will help discover what inspires you and will drive you towards your new purpose in life. If you’re serious about this, take at least an hour for yourself and do the exercises below. If you never did this before, go ahead and do the same for a few days at a row until your confident with your results. Get yourself a few sheets of paper and a per or pencil. When you write, you can review later what you came up with.

1) Make a list of things you’re good at.

 If you feel really bad and can’t think of any, here’s a hint: the fact that you started this proves that you have a desire to learn. Also think of what people have thanked you for, or what a teacher at school praised you for. It can even be something that comes so naturally that you hardly notice that you’re doing something far better than others

2) Make another list of things, actions or people that really inspire you.

 Not just the things that make you feel good, but those that you want to do more or better. Think of when you feel confident doing something, at your job or at home or when you are with other people.

3) Make a third list and think of what you are afraid to do.

 Is it because you think you can’t but would actually like to do? Then write this dream down. Add to your list also those things you dream of, but just never started.

4) Grab a new sheet of paper and go over the 3 lists you have. 

You are going to narrow things down. If you would live with passion now, which of the items would you be doing? Try to pick no more then 3 from each list. Then go over your new list of things that bring passion to your life.  Pick one, or two if these go together well and write them down on your last sheet of paper in bold letters. Write a sentence that is positive, as if you were already doing what you want so much to do. Finally, underline this sentence and put the following statement underneath: “Now I live my Life with Passion“.

5) You may review and change your purpose over time – we ourselves change. 

But for the first seven weeks at least keep at it. Look at it, find information and most of all people that are willing to support you. Start today. There’s no need to become impatient, things will begin to change if you take time every day to work at your passion.


Do not expect your life to be completely different in an instant. But when you do follow these steps you could be surprised! You may also want to look for more inspiration and support to help you move forward. The most important thing to remember if you really want to live your life with passion is that you do it with a smile on your face and do not listen to your mind when it is telling you to quit: you know what’s on your list!

 One important step in how to reach your goals is to know what you want. But no matter how much you know where you’re going or want to go, if you don’t make this one little vibrational adjustment, it is going to be very difficult to actually reach your goal.

And what’s more, when you make this little adjustment in your life, or in every goal setting adventure, you will be able to instantly experience more peace, freedom and a fulfilled life.

So, what am I talking about? What is this adjustment you ‘must’ make?

Let me first explain that when you are planning how to reach your goals and you are thinking of the things you would really love to have and experience, the focus on that alone isn’t going to be enough. This is because you may very well find that, even though you want something badly in your life, you are actually putting up resistance.

It’s all fine and well that you desire something and long for that to manifest in your life, but if you are greatly resisting that which ‘is’ in your life right now, you’re making it very hard, if not impossible, for what you want to actually appear.

Think about it. Everything is essentially energy and when you are putting more energy in what you don’t want, you are basically building a wall around you, an energy wall of resistance, that stops and even fends off, what you desire.

You have no room to allow what you want to come in.

And this is because whatever you focus on and put your energy into, becomes stronger. Think about training your muscles in the gym or learning to play the piano. The more time and energy you invest in that, the stronger or better you become.

And so when you are focusing on how to reach your goals, a good question to ask yourself is: “Do I love what I want or do I dislike or even hate what I don’t want (and have right now)?”

In other words, is the love for what you want greater than the dislike for what you do not want or have right now? Because, what you focus on expands.

So what can you do? What is that one little vibrational adjustment that will eliminate your resistance immediately?


It’s acceptance.


This is a huge and important step in how to reach your goals.

Acceptance of what is this very moment, releases resistance straight away and allows you to be able to receive what you want.

Acceptance start with a choice- your choice to be willing to accept.

What you can do is ask your guide or angels to help you, whilst you state out loud that you are willing to release your resistance.

You can put both your hands on your heart chakra if this feels comfortable to you and whilst you make this statement you can ask to receive love, peace and acceptance instead.

You can repeat this in your own words as often as you feel you need it. This will help you a great deal in removing your resistance and accepting what is happening for you right now.
