Golden Tip: How To Live In Harmony When Things Go Bad

When things seem to collapse around you or when nothing seems to change for the better, it’s a challenge to live in harmony and to feel harmony in your life. But luckily there is a way to instantly transform the chaos you’re experiencing into balance and inner peace.

How To Live In Harmony When Things Go Bad

Let’s face it, it isn’t particularly easy to keep going and to stay positive minded when things don’t seem to get any better in your life- or they do a bit, but you’ve not reached your desired goals yet. Especially when you’ve been working so hard for such a long time on every level to make things happen.

You’re taking every possible and conceivable step, you’re doing the inner and the outer work, and yet nothing seems to have physically appeared to show you you’re making progress (or have hit the big breakthrough you desire).

Talk about being challenged!

It’s easy to lose heart at times like these and to allow your mind to sink into negative thinking.

But there is one thing that will have you live in harmony again in an instant and that is to remember that everything is in love.

Spirit is all about love and Spirit talks only in the language of love. So when things don’t seem to go as you would like them to and you’re not happy with reality as it is, go back to love and you will instantly release the fight, the frustration, the anger and doubt that have been occupying your mind and energy.

And how exactly do you release the fight, go back to love and live in harmony again?

Allow the feelings – all feelings- that are coming up for you to be present. Resisting them or fighting them doesn’t make them go away. In fact, they will remain or get even stronger. Pretending certain feelings are not there isn’t going to fool the universe. The universe feels your energy.

And when you’re feeling stuck or this feels like a heavy burden to carry all by yourself: ask for spiritual guidance. Spirit is the key, the connection, to live in harmony and Spirit wants only what is right for you- and what’s right for you is love.

So acknowledge how you feel and then turn to love and ask: what does Spirit say?

You will find that Spirit will answer with love and show you the way again to live in harmony.

5 Best Things to Do When Everything Goes Wrong

Life has its ups and down. There are times when you feel nothing’s going your way. You have done everything you could but that just doesn’t seem enough. There are things beyond your control affecting you and you can’t do anything about them. Everything is just so wrong!

God becomes the famous culprit in such situations. Ohh God!! Why me!! What did I do!! Then you start blaming your partner, your family, friends, colleagues, everyone comes under the blame zone. And others blame themselves for everything! I belong to the latter category. I am like it must be my fault. Ohh yes it is my fault!! I discourage myself to the point that my self-confidence goes for a toss.WHEN EVERYTHING GOES WRONG

When everything goes wrong, you cry, you pity yourself, you blame yourself, you think you have done everything you could do, but have you seriously given it your best shot?

For instance you lose your job, you would say, why me, what wrong did I do? Ask yourself, did I do the right things then? Did I work hard? If not, then you are the one who needs to change. And if yes, then go ahead and find another job, don’t get a job start a business. You would say that it is easy to say so, to which I would say is, STOP GIVING EXCUSES! If you are the best then nothing is going to stop you.

Your relationship fails, don’t just blame your partner for it. If you really love the person then give it your best shot. I am not asking you to be the doormat in your relationship with only you working for it, but as they say it takes two to make the relationship work.

I read an article sometime back, the writer said

IT’S YOUR LIFE, IT’S YOUR REALITY, YOU DON’T LIKE IT, THEN CHANGE IT!

This is something which has stayed with me till now, long after I finished reading the article.
When things go wrong, it is very easy to lose track of yourself and feel helpless, it’s easy to blame others, blame yourself, many also get suicidal! But before you commit to do anything ask yourself, whatever you are doing is it helping your cause?!If not then do something that helps it and not something that makes it worse!

I am not that good with dealing with these situations either, but yes I am getting better at it and maybe in the future I’ll have better solutions on how to deal with situations when everything goes wrong. For now I have these.

 1. Don’t blame others, don’t blame yourself either.

Someone said this to me the other day, “It is not about, it’s your fault or it’s my fault, sometimes it is just the situation.” It need not be someone’s mistake always!

2. Have faith in yourself.

When everything goes wrong, have faith in yourself. Tell yourself you can deal with any situation. Believe in yourself that is the most important thing.

3. Give it time.

Be it is losing a job, failure of a relationship, rejection, failure or even something tragic as death, give it time. Time does heal everything!

4. Do something which makes you Happy.

When everything goes wrong being happy is not something which is on top of your mind, but it is not the end of life. It is just a phase and this too shall pass. Gardening helps you? Music soothes you? Reading relaxes you? Go ahead do it.

5. Work Hard but also Smart.

Working 6 hours a day productively makes much more sense than working 12 hours a day unproductively. Use your mind, energy and strength in your favour not against you.

Let me tell you one more thing, you are not alone, everyone goes through their when everything goes wrong phase.

It is human tendency to feel better instantly when you know you are not the only one having problems!!!

It may not solve the problem at hand but surely gives you the strength to deal with it!!!

I have been through these situations, I know times can be difficult, Ikeep faith in myself, I write, it soothes me, I fail too, but I am still trying.

How to get a Good Nights Sleep

Sleep is something we all need in order to properly repair our bodies and keep our minds sharp. Although everybody’s different, the average sleep required to become fully recharged is between 7.5 and 8 hours a night.

A lack of sleep can take a serious toll on our bodies and has been known to cause many health related issues such as an increased risk of heart disease, and depressive disorders. Through research and study I have discovered many proven methods of natural sleep aid.

The following is a list of my 10 favorite ways you can enhance your sleeping experience.

1) Exercise

If you don’t exercise you will not release the built up toxins and tensions locked within your body. Vigorous exercise will help to induce a deeper sleep that leaves you feeling refreshed in the morning. However, try not to work out too close to your bedtime as it can actually contribute to a sleepless night.

2) Cut Out The Caffeine & Sugar

No, I’m not telling you to completely give up these two uppers, just try not to consume them after early afternoon. Coffee is a powerful stimulant that can influence your internal system for many hours after consumed, causing sleeplessness. Sugar causes a spike in blood sugar that when consumed near bedtime can cause insomnia.

3) Don’t Drink Alcohol Near Bedtime

Although alcohol can sometimes help to induce sleep, studies have shown that the second half of sleep can become more disrupted causing you to toss and turn. The result is waking up not feeling as refreshed as you would have had you opted for a glass of water instead. This can lead to daytime drowsiness that can affect your memory and sociability. Car accidents are also more likely to occur.

4) Turn Off All Electrical Stimulants

Many of us have become accustomed to surfing the internet well into the latter hours of the evening, then fall asleep watching t.v. You should turn off all electronics and dim the lights about an hour before your desired bedtime to help induce sleep. Try snuggling up to a good book under the covers and see how much easier it is to enter dreamland.

5) Natural Herbal Remedies

There are many natural herbs that can help you fall asleep 🙂 The two most commonly used are Valerian and Chamomile. Valerian has long been used as a treatment for insomnia. The only drawback is that it needs to be taken on a regular basis and takes about two weeks to start working. It is usually taken orally about an hour before bedtime. Chamomile unlike Valerian doesn’t need to be taken on a regular basis to be affective. It is most commonly made into a tea and consumed about an hour before bedtime. Both of these herbs can be found at your local health-food store.

6) Meditation

Meditation can be one of the best ways to help you clear your mind and relax your body. Although there are many different styles of meditation, I suggest to simply start by closing your eyes and envisioning all your muscles relaxing while breathing steadily in and out. If you’re having racing thoughts wile trying to sleep envision a stop sign in your head. This will help put a halt to all that annoying activity.

7) Feng Shui

There are many ways to incorporate Feng Shui into your bedroom to help with sleep. Wall color, the direction of your bed, and the absents of electronic stimulants and paperwork are just some of the ways Feng Shui is used to help aid in a restful nights sleep.

8) Music

Calm music can be a great way to help introduce yourself to sleep. There are many relaxation c.d.’s available online that can help you get your Z’s. Some people prefer sounds of nature like the sound of a rippling ocean, while others prefer a more synthetic sound such as octave waves.

9) Sex

Simply put, men and women produce hormones during an orgasm which causes us to fall into a very relaxed state of consciousness. We get added pleasure by closing our eyes while wallowing in the after affect which often leads to sleep.

10) Melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland from the amino acid tryptophan. Synthetic melatonin is readily available and has been widely used to help with many types of sleeping disorders such as insomnia.
